This is a Book Report designed by me for IPAD Notes Apps(for Goodnotes or Notability etc.) It has fiction & nonfiction reports of two styles. And I added other extra notes such as thoughts, remembarable, stripe, scrap notes, etc.

I'm planning to upload other templetes soon. You can use this without any permissions as a personal report on Goodnotes, Notability, or other pdf handwriting apps. But make sure not using for industrial purposes. All rights are reserved by Ellie.
